What is the Training Intensity Rating (TIR)
The Training Intensity rating (TIR) is personalised score that explains easily how fatigued your body is from the training which you have completed.
Will the TIR work for me
The Training intensity rating is built up of many different elements that aims to simplify the training process for you
We will provide you with a weekly update on your training intensity, as well as update you of each workouts indivdual training intensity.

Heart Rate
Analysing Heart Rate data helps to provide valuable insight into the intensity of the workout.

Rate of perceived exertion (RPE)
Your RPE is a critical variable as it helps to give an insight as to how you physically felt.

7 day training load
Comparing your current workout load with the previous 7 days gives a good provides an indication as to how you are performing

Distance & Time
Measuring distance and time allows for a a valuable insight into the intensity as the longer and further you go the more intense
