What is the TIR?

The Training Intensity rating (TIR) is personalised score that explains easily how fatigued your body is from the training which you have completed. 

Will the TIR work for me

The Training intensity rating is built up of many different elements that aims to simplify the training process for you

We will provide you with a weekly update on your training intensity, as well as update you of each workouts indivdual training intensity.

We are currently developing the v1.8 of the TIR and are going to refine it into the future. If you experience any problems or you have queries about the TIR please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help

Analysing Heart Rate data helps to provide valuable insight into the intensity of the workout.

Rate of perceived exertion (RPE)

Your RPE is a critical variable as it helps to give an insight as to how you physically felt.

Comparing your current workout load with the previous 7 days gives a good provides an indication as to how you are performing

Measuring distance and time allows for a a valuable insight into the intensity as the longer and further you go the more intense

TIR SCIENTIFIC TESTING

To ensure that the TIR scale is as accurate as possible and that it can be beneficial to all users, we are continuously conducting tests and making improvements to it. We are committed to making sure that the TIR scale is as reliable and effective as possible.
