Here's a list of our fixed-time training plans that you can sign up for. No matter what your goals are, whether it's your first triathlon or a half marathon, we've got a plan for you. Fixed time personalised plans
Personalised Training plans with a semi-flexible timescale, if you are looking for a fully personalised plan look below!
Fun/supersprint Triathlon plan
Distance: 400m swim, 10km bike & 2.5km run
Beginner? this is the place to start.
Duration: 10 ~ weeks
Sprint Triathlon plan
A sprint distance triathlon is generally a 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run, for your amateur athletes or sports enthusiasts this is where we recommend you start if you have never completed a triathlon before. 7-15 ~ weeks
Couch to 5km
If you want to work on your running and this is your first time running or you want to just improve your fitness with an end goal. This is your plan
5 - 10 Weeks depending on ability level
ROAD TO 10K
If you are more about running than triathlon and you want to compete in your first big 10km race this is the place for you!
7 - 20 weeks depending on ability level
Half Marathon training plan:
If you want to push yourself a bit more than 10km but not quite ready for the full 42.2km the half marathon of 21.1km is for you!
10-20 weeks Depending on ability level
General fitness plan:
